I have a 3 bed house in enfield the address says enfield middlesex but enfield is a london borough, close to all amenities, train (direct into central london) and bus routes are 2 minutes walk from front door, local shops 2 min walk, local high street 10 minutes walk and 2 shopping centres are only a very short drive 10/15 minutes, there is a variety of primary and secondary schools in the area that are all walking distance from the house, there is a large large park at the top of the road, ideal if you want london area.

I will not beat around, some rooms are in need of a little lick of paint, but whoever moves in will decorate to their own standard. it is worth looking at if your considering london area.
Areas that i will consider going to would be essex (any part), may be chingford or waltham abbey if possible, i am not to worried which area really as long as i like the property, don\\\\\\\'t worry if your house you have is in need of decoration i am still keen to see what\\\\\\\'s on offer.
