I Have a beautiful 2/3 bedroom flat in Stratford. A wall has been erected to make one room into 2, this can be removed. My flat has just had a beautiful kitchen fitted in March, it has also had a new bathroom/shower and toilet fitted in March, the flat has been newly rewired and new central heating, a new boiler, a new back door, smoke alarm and carbon dioxide alarm, am waiting on a new front door,my area is part of the big forest gate PFI plan, this is quite exciting and means they are doing alot of work in and out of council homes. The rooms are very spacious and there is storage space in and out of the property. the garden is enormous but not too big to care for, it has decking and a shed. Its a very quiet area with really nice neighbours. I am only 10 minutes walk away from Stratford centre, and the new westfiels shopping mall which is in the process of being built and as you probably know I am very close to the Olympic site. I am close to both primary and secondary schools I have lived here for 24 years and have enjoyed every minute, my reasons for wanting to move is to be with my eldery mother. I would like to move to the Basildon/Vange/Pitsea area.
