I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in chelmsford, the property is just coming up to 2 years old , new kitchen (black worktops, beech doors). In a block of 6 , the hallways in the block are fully carpetted.
Communal garden which is maintained once a week and sadly never used by anyone. Decent size rooms, french doors in front room and bedroom 2. Beautifully decorated (neutral colours). 30 second walk to local shops, 20 min walk to Tesco 24hr superstore , 20 min walk to town centre. 200m from infant, junior and senior school.

Looking for a 2/3 bed house / 3 bed maisonette (with own garden) , any areas considered - even out in the sticks properties as i have transport. My main requirement is that we have a garden for my little boy and puppy.
