massive park over the road and gym at the bottom.
there is great play schools and older school down the same road.
doctors and locel shops and buss stops are 1 mins walk away.
buss can take you starit into town what takes 10 mins there is a massive town center with great shops and things to do. chelmsford is a really nice town to live in and i would stay but dew to split wanting to get close to fmaily.
